Your order is confirmed only after:

• COD order verification
We may cancel orders if:
• Payment fails
• Stock is unavailable
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
6. Payments
We accept:
• SkipCash (Credit Card, Debit Card, NAPS, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
All online payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
We do not store your card details.
7. Shipping & Delivery
• Same-day delivery within Qatar (except Fridays & public holidays)
• International shipping is not available for now.
• Third-party courier partners are used.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only.
We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
8. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We offer size exchanges only within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for exchange:
• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• Item must be in perfect condition, free of stains, scents, or damage
• Customer bears return shipping cost
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
• Codes cannot be combined unless stated
• We may cancel promotions anytime

You may create an account or checkout as a guest.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
